Property market in Europe

As estimated by Eurostat (Statistical Office of the European Communities, European statistical office), the balance sheet of construction in 2013, production decreased 2.4% in the Europe area and 0.8% in 28 countries around Europe including UK with monetary independence.

The largest declines occurred in Spain (-2.9%), Slovakia (-2.3%) and Germany (-1.7%), and the highest increases in Slovenia (7.6%), the Czech Republic (7.2%) and Romania (4%) . Eastern Europe has become a magnet for developers and real estate mobilizing new investments in emerging areas. The largest decreases were detected in Portugal (-15.1%), Bulgaria (-7.9%), Slovakia (-5.0%) and Poland (-4.3%) and, moreover, the largest increases were in Slovenia (27.3% ), Hungary (10.7%), Romania (7.6%) and the UK (5.1%).

The fragmentation of local markets, with very particular dynamics, determine the economy in the sector; however, all European markets share a common denominator: at higher prices, residential property has started to see a weakening demand. Do not forget that most countries face a slowdown or contraction of GDP. In the short term not overly positive signs are seen, but optimism is slowly re-emerging after the shock of the financial crisis.

This uncertainty has infected the office property market, lowering their demand for the limited results of economic activity. Expansion plans are paralyzed, and measures such as reducing costs and cutting employees are priority. In the retail market, the demand for commercial space, considering strength, paradoxically revitalized its competition with greater opportunity spaces. On the one hand, the development of commercial centers and other national retailers and international brands always interested in the inner cities to strengthen its presence.

WHO NEEDS A FRIEND-THERAPIST?

Sure it's nice to have this talk about various subjects. It should be noted that if anyone, male or female, falls into a marked negative discourse, it is because they need help, containment, love.
And sometimes this happens to be a professional job of mental and emotional health, therapist, or spiritual advisor.

It is useful to realize when to assume the role of friends-therapists because it is helpful sometimes, but there comes a time when it is useful for us to tell the person "I can only help you until this point" and "I think you need to attend a professional to solve this,".

It is useful as protagonists of a difficult situation to realize that friends that have supported us, will also want to talk about their stuff and have a good time with us. Flexibility, tolerance and empathy are needed for this all the time. This loving, speech is the best we can give to our friend.

It is important to know that we must find help when needed. there's only so much a friend can help and do for us in these kinds of situations.

How To Make Your Own Fancy Nut Butters At Home

The process is very simple. All you need is a food processor or a high-speed blender, at least a quarter cup of nuts (buy them in bulk to save more) and the accoutrements of your choosing (ingredients like salt, honey, raisins, chocolate chips, cinnamon and cocoa powder).

Process the nuts for a minute, stopping to scrape them off the sides of the food processor. As you keep processing, the oils from the nuts will unfurl, providing the mixture with moisture.

Repeat this step (pause every minute to scrape the sides) while chucking in the add-ins: If it's on the liquid-y side, like honey or maple syrup, drizzle it in gradually to get the consistency you desire. It's hard to mess up your nut butter, but be extra conscious to not let the machine run for more than one minute at a time. warns that this will cause the machine to overheat. Once your spread meets your texture preference requirements, store in an airtight container.

You really can make any kind of nutty combination your brain can compose. Here's a bit of inspiration if you're stuck:

1.-Cinnamon Sugar & Raisin Peanut Butter

2.-Pumpkin Almond Butter

3.-Chocolate Vanilla Swirl Cashew Butter

4.-Snickerdoodle Almond Butter

5.-Maple Sea Salt Pistachio Butter
